I have had Lazy Boy recliners for years as well as my parents. I do not drive right now and Laurent and Taylor came to my home with fabrics for my new recliner. They were very helpful I definitely give them a 5 star rating. I ended up buying a Pinnacle lift recliner. I would highly recommend them. If you r looking for furniture make Lazy boy your first stop.

My recent purchase of a recliner/rocker was a very satisfactory experience. I was shown a large inventory of recliners in both fabric or leather, manual or electric and in a variety of widths and heights. Our salesperson, Taylor, carefully listened to my needs and provided me with the exact chair that I wanted. I was able to get the Black Friday discount early along with several other perks. Since it is a custom order, I will need to wait from 4 to 6 weeks for the chair to be made and delivered. I would recommend this store and this line of furniture to others. Call ahead for an appointment for the fastest service.

Cyndi R. was helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the furniture item I was looking to purchase. She answered all my questions and showed me different features of the items I was interested in. When I returned 3 days later Cyndi was busy so a colleague helped me until she was available. Small store, but still had a variety of same item to select. Also available was different colors and fabrics to select if it wasn't in the store.

We love this furniture store! We’ve bought a sectional and a chair and a half from them. The pieces are beautiful, comfortable and stand up well to kids and pets. The service is top notch- from sales, through scheduling and delivery. I highly recommend!

The coffee and end tables were outstanding. The delivery drivers were outstanding in every way. They kept things picked up and clean, put the knobs The way they should be and didn't damage any of our products. Very professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job representing the company they were representing, but also representing themselves.

Everyone is very friendly and eager to help you. Taylor spent a lot of time with us before we purchased our 3 piece living room set. Have an issue with the loveseat when delivered and they a handling the issue. Nice experience.
